The weekend will include:

  • Sessions with Jessie Pavelka and Jill Tipping on nutrition, exercise, mind-power and relationships, in line with The Pavelka Way’s Four Elements of True Health.

  • Wonderfully rejuvenating evening yoga sessions led by our beautifully calming instructor, Nancy Campbell

  • Invigorating ‘Wake-Up Workouts’ led by our experienced and highly-recommended personal trainer, Gareth Jones

  • Three nourishing and delicious meals a day, with nutritious snacks between, all masterminded and prepared by Fawsley Hall’s renowned kitchens
